Security Industry Infrastructure System
Based on Article 8 of Decree 63/2020/ND-CP (effective from August 1, 2020) stipulating the security industrial infrastructure system includes:
Research facilities; application and scientific, technological experimentation facilities organized as public service providers or science and technology enterprises within the People's Public Security.
Facilities for manufacturing, producing, repairing, assembling specialized and dual-use security industrial products invested by the State, organized as public service providers or enterprises within the People's Public Security.
Facilities for research, production, and repair of specialized and dual-use security industrial products established based on cooperation between security industries managed by the Ministry of Public Security and defense industries managed by the Ministry of Defense.
Facilities for research, production, and repair of specialized and dual-use security industrial products established based on cooperation and joint ventures between enterprises within the People's Public Security and other enterprises, in which the State holds more than 50% of charter capital.
