Identifier Code for Agencies and Organizations in the Identification Schema

According to Clauses 5 and 6, Article 3 of Decision 20/2020/QD-TTg (effective from September 15, 2020), the definition of the identifier code for agencies and organizations within the identification schema and the issuing agency or organization of the identification schema is as follows:

The identifier code for agencies and organizations within the identification schema is a group of characters used to distinguish and uniquely identify that agency or organization within an electronic identification code system described by the corresponding identification schema.

The issuing agency or organization of the identification schema is the agency or organization responsible for developing and managing the corresponding identification schema.
