According to Clause 3a, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is regulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
- Failure to compile and report to the National Coordination Agency on incident developments when requested.
