Extension of the Certificate of Designation

Based on Article 28 of Decree 91/2020/ND-CP (effective October 1, 2020) stipulating the renewal of the Certificate of Identifying Name as follows:

- Renewal of the Certificate of Identifying Name is the issuance of the Certificate of Identifying Name to organizations and individuals who have been granted the Certificate of Identifying Name with a new term.

- At least 15 days before the expiration date, organizations and individuals are responsible for submitting the Declaration of Identifying Name with updated information according to Form No. 01 of the Appendix issued with this Decree and related documents to the Ministry of Information and Communications (Department of Information Security) as stipulated in Article 25 of this Decree.

- The Ministry of Information and Communications (Department of Information Security) will renew the Certificate of Identifying Name according to the provisions of Article 26 of this Decree. The identifying name can be renewed multiple times, and the duration for each renewal of the identifying name is 03 years.
