Contents of the Work Log for the Implementation of an Investment Project in Information Technology Application Using State Budget Funds - How Are They Presented?

What are the regulations on the content of the work diary for the implementation of investment projects in the application of information technology using state budget funds?

Based on Clause 3, Article 5 of Circular 24/2020/TT-BTTTT regulating the content of the work diary for the implementation of investment projects in the application of information technology using state budget funds as follows:

a) List of participating officials from the parties directly implementing (titles and duties of each person) including: implementation, author's supervision (if any);

b) Deployment progress on a daily basis for the implementation of construction, installation of technical infrastructure systems, equipment, installation of commercial software; deployment progress according to timelines for the implementation of development, upgrade, expansion of internal software, databases;

c) Detailed descriptions of incidents, damages, violations, discrepancies, other arising issues and remedial measures, handling during the implementation process (if any);

d) Recommendations from the implementing contractor, detailed design consultancy unit (if any), and the implementation supervision unit (if any);

e) Opinions on resolving arising issues during the implementation process from related parties (if any).

How is the work diary for the implementation of an investment project expressed?

According to Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 24/2020/TT-BTTTT:

The work diary for the implementation must be presented by the day of implementation, timeline and bound into a book, with page numbering, and sealed by the implementing contractor.
