Based on Section a, Chapter III of the 2022 Plan for the dissemination and education of law in the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Issued together with Decision 3114/QD-BVHTTDL in 2021), the tasks of the Legal Affairs Department in the dissemination and education of law for the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2022 are as follows:

- Develop a plan to innovate and improve the effectiveness of the dissemination and education of law in the field of culture, sports and tourism for the period 2022-2026.

Implementation period: Quarter III, IV/2022.

- Organize the competition "Initiatives and effective models for the dissemination and education of law in the field of culture, sports, tourism and family through cultural activities at the grassroots level" (Expected to award on Vietnamese Law Day).

Implementation period: Throughout the year.

- Organize conferences and training on legal regulations issued by the National Assembly, the Government, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and other relevant ministries and agencies in the field of culture, sports, tourism and family for the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Tourism, and the District Cultural and Information Department.

Implementation period: Quarter II/2022.

- Provide professional training for legal reporters of the Ministry and the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism, and the Department of Tourism of provinces and centrally-run cities.

Implementation period: Quarter III/2022.

- Organize specialized conferences to disseminate new laws enacted in the field of culture, sports, tourism, family and provide training on legal affairs for officials, civil servants, employees working in agencies and units under the Ministry.

Implementation period: Quarter IV/2022.

- Advise on organizing activities to celebrate Vietnamese Law Day at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (November 9th).

Implementation period: Quarter IV/2022.

- Disseminate and educate law through media channels: Take charge and coordinate with the Information Technology Center, the Cultural Newspaper, the Film, Sports and Tourism Center of Vietnam, and the press agencies of the Ministry and central press agencies to organize direct and online forums and dialogues; produce specialized reports; compile and publish articles, clips, and TV documentaries related to the dissemination and education of law in the field of culture, sports, tourism and family.

Implementation period: Throughout the year.

- Coordinate with press agencies and units in organizing specialized forums, opening forums to gather opinions from affected subjects, experts, organizations, and individuals related to draft legal documents of the Ministry during the posting period on the Government and Ministry's electronic information portal to gather widespread opinions as regulated.

Implementation period: Throughout the year.

- Compile and publish books, documents, legal regulations on culture, sports and tourism for 2021-2022 (Volume XV).

Implementation period: Throughout the year.

- Inspect and urge the implementation of the dissemination and education of law according to the plans and programs that have been issued.

Implementation period: Throughout the year.

- Coordinate with the Department of Emulation and Reward to implement commendation work in the dissemination and education of law.

Implementation period: Throughout the year.
