What is the responsibility for statistical report on the enforcement of civil and inter-agency administrative judgments in Vietnam?

In Clause 1, Article 8 of Joint Circular No. 12/2021/TTLT-BTP-VKSNDTC-TANDTC, there are regulations on responsibility for statistical report on the enforcement of civil and inter-agency administrative judgments:

The responsibility for preparing statistical report on the enforcement of civil and inter-agency administrative judgments is as follows:

a) The Civil Judgment Enforcement Division is responsible for leading and coordinating with the District People's Procuracy; The Civil Judgment Enforcement Division is responsible for leading and coordinating with the Provincial People's Procuracy to prepare statistical reports according to Form No. 01/TKLN-THADS;

b) The Civil Judgment Enforcement Division is responsible for leading and coordinating with the District People's Court; The Civil Judgment Enforcement Division is responsible for leading and coordinating with the Provincial People's Court to prepare statistical reports according to Form No. 02/TKLN-THADS, Form No. 03/TKLN-THADS;

c) The District People's Procuracy is responsible for leading and coordinating with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Division and the District People's Court; The Provincial People's Procuracy is responsible for leading and coordinating with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Division and the Provincial People's Court to prepare statistical reports Form No. 04/TKLN-THADS;

d) For the criteria that the THADS agency requests clarification, amendment of judgments, decisions, or requests for review of judgments, decisions under the director's review procedure in Form No. 02/TKLN-THADS, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Division and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Division compile data and prepare a list of judgments, decisions under the jurisdiction of review, resolution of the higher-level People's Courts to send to the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

The General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement is responsible for summarizing and coordinating with the higher-level People's Courts to review, cross-check data, lists of judgments, decisions that need clarification, amendment, or review under the director's review procedure of the higher-level People's Courts.

In case of discrepancies in data, information lists, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement leads and coordinates with specialized units of the Supreme People's Court to review, cross-check.

The method of preparing lists, statistical data is carried out according to the explanation and guidance in Form No. 02/TKLN-THADS issued with this Circular.

d) The preparation of inter-agency civil judgment enforcement statistical reports in the military is carried out according to the guidance of the Ministry of National Defense.
