5. Members of the inspection committee of the trade union at the provincial and central industry level

a) About work performance and experience

- Have a basic understanding of the fields of economics, politics, and law; have a good grasp of the Charter and regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the regulations of the Party, the laws of the State related to the activities of the trade union at the provincial and central industry level.

- Have the ability, to complete well the tasks assigned, have experience in financial work and trade union organization building; have skills, expertise, and understanding of the inspection, supervision, and discipline work of the trade union organization.

b) About educational level

- Have a university degree or higher in the fields of law, finance, accounting, economics; or have a university degree in other fields and have a certificate of inspection, auditing issued by the competent authority.

- Have a secondary level of political theory or higher.

c) About age

Meet the requirements for age of appointment and nomination for election in accordance with the regulations of the Party, the laws of the State, and the regulations of the General Confederation of Labor.
