Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 5 of Circular 09/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (effective from December 15, 2022) stipulating tasks of Grade II Painter - Code: V.10.08.26 in Vietnam as follows:
1. Mission:
a) Assume the prime responsibility for composing and directing the implementation of works and works of fine art of medium size and medium complexity;
b) Summarize, draw experience, research and propose issues related to the artistic creation process;
c) Participate in scientific research projects, analyzing trends in art creation at home and abroad;
d) Monitor and evaluate the social effectiveness of works and works, after putting them out to the public to draw experience and propose trends in the creation of new works and works.
What are standards of Grade II Painter - Code: V.10.08.27 in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2 and 3, Article 5 of Circular 09/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (effective from December 15, 2022) stipulating standards of Grade II Painter - Code: V.10.08.27 in Vietnam as follows:
2. Standards of training and retraining qualifications:
a) Have a university degree or higher relevant to the fine arts major. If you have a university degree or higher in another major, you must be awarded the title of "People's Artist", "Excellent Artist" or "Ho Chi Minh Prize", "State Award" for literature. study, art;
b) Possess a certificate of standardization of professional titles of public employees in fine arts.
3. Standards of professional competence:
a) Firmly grasp the guidelines and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State in the field of fine arts;
b) Acquire general knowledge about all types of fine arts; characteristics and characteristics of related art subjects; scientific and technical achievements at home and abroad related to the art profession;
c) Understand the forms, methods of composition and related professional technical processes;
d) Understand how to exploit and use materials fluently, have experience in composing activities;

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 5 of Circular 09/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (effective from December 15, 2022) stipulating requirements for public employees to participate in the contest or consider promoting the professional title of a Grade II painter in Vietnam as follows:
4. Requirements for public employees to participate in the contest or consider for promotion to the professional title of Grade II painter:
a) Have held the professional title of painter class III or equivalent for full 09 years or more (excluding the probationary period). In case of equivalent duration, must have at least 01 year (full 12 months) holding the professional title of a class III painter by the deadline for submitting the application for competition registration or consideration for promotion;
b) Meet one of the following requirements:
- During the time of holding the professional title of painter class III or equivalent, at least 01 work or work has been recognized by the ministerial-level specialized arts council or equivalent for its artistic quality or awarded an award at competitions, festivals, professional shows, exhibitions on literature and art nationwide (or at the national level).
- To be awarded the title "People's Artist", "Excellent Artist" or awarded "Ho Chi Minh Prize", "State Prize" for literature and art.
