      a) Have held the professional titles of Grade III Actors and Actresses or equivalent for at least 09 years (not including the time of probation or trial). In case of equivalent time, they must have at least 01 year (12 months) holding the professional titles of Grade III Actors and Actresses as of the deadline for submitting the application for the exam or promotion;

      b) Meet one of the following requirements:

      - During the period of holding the professional titles of Grade III Actors and Actresses or equivalent, have at least 01 award for excellent actor recognized by the professional art council at the ministerial level or equivalent or have at least 01 role or item that won the highest prize in national (or national) professional competitions, festivals, and performances.

      - Have been awarded the title of "People's Artist", "Meritorious Artist" or awarded the "Ho Chi Minh Prize", "State Prize" in literature and art.
