Scope of organizing emulation regarding the Militia and Self-Defense Forces

The scope of organizing emulation for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces is stipulated in Article 7 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BQP (effective from July 1, 2020) as follows:

1. The scope of emulation organization for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces falls within the Victory emulation movement of the Vietnam People's Army, associated with the patriotic emulation movements of ministries and central authorities, localities, and the entire nation.

2. The emulation movement within the Militia and Self-Defense Forces is organized nationwide or within individual agencies, organizations, units, and localities. The annual emulation initiation is carried out regularly by local military agencies at all levels, relevant agencies, units under the Ministry of National Defense, and military commands of ministries and central authorities downwards.
