1. The Fund Management Council has no more than 05 members, including: Chairman, 01 Vice Chairman and members.

2. The Chairman of the Fund Management Council is the representative of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.

3. The Vice Chairman and members are leaders of the Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Khanh Hoa province and representatives of the People's Committee of Truong Sa district.

4. The appointment, dismissal and removal of members of the Fund Management Council shall be decided by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Decree 11/2023/NĐ-CP stipulating the executive agency of Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund as follows:

- Fund operating agency includes: Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant and professional staff.

- The Director of the Fund's operating agency shall be appointed or dismissed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province at the proposal of the Chairman of the Fund Management Council.

- The Deputy Director, Chief Accountant of the Fund's executive agency shall be requested by the Director of the Fund's governing body to the Chairman of the Fund Management Council for consideration and submission to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province for appointment or dismissal.

- The professional staff of the Fund's governing body shall be decided by the Director of the Fund's governing body after obtaining the approval of the Chairman of the Fund Management Council.
