The content regarding land for security industry purposes is stipulated in Clause 1, Article 16, Decree 63/2020/ND-CP (effective from August 1, 2020) as follows:
Land for the construction, planning, and development of security industry facilities includes security land and land allocated for the development of industrial zones in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law.
