The inter-agency civil and administrative judgment enforcement statistical indicators include the indicators stipulated in Form No. 01/TKLN-THADS, Form No. 02/TKLN-THADS, Form No. 03/TKLN-THADS, and Form No. 04/TKLN-THADS.
How is the reporting period for inter-agency civil and administrative judgment enforcement statistics regulated?
According to Article 6 of Joint Circular 12/2021/TTLT-BTP-VKSNDTC-TANDTC, the reporting period for inter-agency civil and administrative judgment enforcement statistics is regulated as follows:
The annual reporting period for inter-agency civil and administrative judgment enforcement statistics begins on October 1 of the previous year and ends on September 30 of the following year, including reporting periods of 3 months, 6 months, 10 months, and 12 months (annual) reporting periods, specifically:
The 3-month reporting period starts on October 1 and ends on December 31 of the reporting year.
The 6-month reporting period starts on October 1 and ends on March 31 of the reporting year.
The 10-month reporting period starts on October 1 and ends on July 31 of the reporting year.
The 12-month reporting period starts on October 1 and ends on September 30 of the reporting year.
