Functions of the District Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Office
The functions of the District Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs Office are stipulated in Clause 6, Article 1 of Decree 108/2020/ND-CP, specifically:
Advising and assisting the district People's Committee in performing the state management functions over: Employment; vocational education; labor, wages; remuneration; social insurance (mandatory social insurance, voluntary social insurance, unemployment insurance); labor safety; people with meritorious services; social protection; child protection and care; gender equality; and prevention of social evils.
