Board of Recruitment for Public Employees: How Many Members?

Based on Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree 29/2012/ND-CP regulations on the number of members of the Recruitment Council for public employees.

** For public service providers authorized to recruit public employees, the Recruitment Council for public employees shall consist of 05 or 07 members.**

To be specific: including:

- The Chairman of the Council shall be the head or deputy head of the public service provider;

- The Vice-Chairman of the Council shall be in charge of staffing organization work of the public service provider;

- The Secretary cum Member of the Council shall be the public employee assisting in staffing organization work of the public service provider;

- The other members shall be individuals with expertise and professional knowledge related to the recruitment position.
