Document Inspection Records on the National Legal Database in Ho Chi Minh City?
Based on Article 17 of Decision No. 10/2022/QD-TTg, it is stipulated as follows:
Article 17. Document Inspection Records
The agency or person authorized to inspect documents is responsible for compiling the document inspection records, including:
a) Documents with unlawful content.
b) Document inspection forms using Form No. 01 in Appendix I attached to this Regulation.
c) Reflections and petitions from agencies, organizations, and individuals, retained copies of reflections in mass media for cases of document inspection based on reflections or petitions; personal reflection receipt forms in cases of direct or telephone reflections (according to Form No. 03 in Appendix I attached to this Regulation).
d) Document inspection conclusions, document handling results, and other related materials (if any).
Document inspection records are stored in accordance with archival laws and regulations, compiled to build a database for the inspection, review, and systematization of documents for Ho Chi Minh City, districts, and cities within the City.

Based on Article 18 of Decision No. 10/2022/QD-TTg, it is stipulated as follows:
Article 18. Document Handling Records
The records to submit to the agency or person authorized to consider and handle documents include:
Reports from the document inspection agency.
Documents that have been inspected.
Lists of documents used as a legal basis for the inspection.
Document inspection forms.
Opinions from related agencies (if any).
Inspection conclusions from the document inspection agency.
Explanation documents, notification of handling results from the agency with the documents being inspected (if any).
Other related materials (if any).
