Responsibilities of the Vietnam Insurance Association in Implementing Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicle Owners
Based on Article 45 of Decree 03/2021/ND-CP, which stipulates the responsibilities of the Vietnam Insurance Association in the implementation of compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners as follows:
- Before March 31 annually, propose to the Ministry of Finance the contribution rate to the Motor Vehicle Insurance Fund as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 26 of this Decree.
- Organize propaganda on the implementation of compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners.
