Vietnam: Subjects to be considered for the Medal "For the Cause of the State Organization"

On September 19, 2022, the Minister of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 8/2022/TT-BNV amending Circular < a href="https://lawnet.vn/vb/Thong-tu-14-2019-TT-BNV-tang-Ky-niem-chuong-ve-cac-linh-vuc-thuoc-tham-quyen-quan-ly-Bo-Noi-vu-689F8.html" class="green-text" target="_blank" >14/2019/TT-BNV on awarding medals in fields under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

According to Vietnam's Circular 8/2022/TT-BNV, the subjects to be considered for the medal "For the Cause of State Organization" include:

Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees working in agencies, units, and organizations under the Ministry of Home Affairs, including: Departments, Ministry Office, Ministry Inspector, Office of the Ministry's Party Personnel Committee, The specialized agency of the Party Committee of the Ministry, the Trade Union Office of the Ministry, the Office of the Youth Union of the Ministry, the Institute of State Organizational Science, the State Organization Magazine, and the Information Center.

Civil servants and public employees in charge of organizing cadres at units under the Ministry of Home Affairs, including: Department of State Records and Archives, Central Committee for Emulation-Commendation, Government Committee for Religion, and Academy National Administration.

Cadres, civil servants, public employees, full-time or part-time employees working in the organization of cadres at ministries, departments, branches, Party and state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political organizations - central society, corporations and economic groups established under the Prime Minister of Vietnam's decision.

Full-time or part-time civil servants and public employees in the organization of cadres at departments, agencies, branches, Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organizations, and agencies and organizations under their jurisdiction under the management of the People's Committee of the province.

Civil servants and employees working in the field of state organization at the Departments of Home Affairs of provinces and centrally run cities in Vietnam.

Civil servants working in the field of state organization under the Department of Home Affairs of districts, urban districts, towns, provincial cities, and cities under central authority

Cadres, civil servants, full-time or part-time public employees at the People's Councils and People's Committees of districts and provinces.

Vietnam's Circular 8/2022/TT-BNV takes effect from December 1, 2022.
