Vietnam: Applications for enjoyment of priority based on types of candidates in university enrollment 2022

This is a content of Official Dispatch No. 2598/BGDDT-GDDH dated June 20, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam guiding university and college enrollment in Preschool Education major in Vietnam.

According to Official Dispatch No. 2598/BGDDT-GDDH, the application for the enjoyment of priority based on types of candidates in university enrollment 2022 includes:

- Copies of the Certificate of Priority;

- Regarding candidates who are ethnic minorities: The certificate for the enjoyment of prioritized entity type 1 is a copy of the Birth Certificate stating the origin of ethnic minority and permanent residence or legal documents proving that the candidate has stayed in a permanent residence for more than 18 months (until the first exam date of the High School Graduation Exam period) at Region 1 during his/her high school time.

- Regarding candidates who are revolutionary contributors or children of revolutionary contributors: The certificate for the enjoyment of priority is the copy of the Decision on allowance for revolutionary contributors issued by the Department of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.

Candidates shall present the originals of the mentioned documents for training facilities to compare when proceeding with enrollment procedures.
