Subjects to be collected information about labor supply

The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 01/2022/TT-BLDTBXH dated January 25, 2022 guiding the collection, storage and synthesis of labor market information.

Accordingly, the subjects to be collected information on labor supply are people aged full 15 years or older who are actually permanently residing in the area where information is collected.

(Currently, the object of collecting information on labor supply is employees.)

Information collected includes:

- Surname, middle name and birth name; date of birth; sex; nation; personal identification number.

- The highest level of general education; technical qualifications and specialized training.

- The main job you are doing (job title; job position; place of work (name, type, economic sector, address)).

- Unemployment status (main job before unemployment, period of unemployment).

- Reasons for not participating in economic activities.

- Training and employment needs.

When there is a change or error in the above information, the agency, organization or individual responsible for collecting information shall update and correct it.

Circular 01/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from March 10, 2022 and replaces Circular 27/2015/TT-BLDTBXH .
