Replace 03 Annexes related to Vietnam's C/O under the ATIGA Agreement

This content is mentioned in Vietnam's Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT dated June 1, 2022 amending the Circular providing for the implementation of the Rules of Origin in the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement.

Accordingly, to replace 03 Annexes related to Vietnam's C/O under the ATIGA Agreement, including:

Replace Appendix VII - Issuance and inspection of C/O in Clause 7 Article 2 of Circular 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced with Appendix I in Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT) ) by Appendix I issued together with Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT.

Replace Appendix VIII - C/O form D in Clause 8 Article 2 of Circular 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced with Appendix II in Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT) by Appendix II issued together with Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT.

Replace Appendix IX - Instructions for declaring C/O in Clause 9 Article 2 of Circular 22/2016/TT-BCT (replaced with Appendix III in Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT) ) by Appendix III issued together with Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT.

At the same time, the transitional regulations on the issuance of C/O form D are as follows:

C/O form D as prescribed in Appendix II issued together with Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT (old form) shall be issued by the end of October 31, 2022.

This C/O form D is accepted by the customs authority within the time limit specified in Article 15 of Appendix I issued with Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT.

Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT takes effect from July 16, 2022.
