Law amending the Law on Investment, Law on Enterprises and 7 other laws

Law No. 03/2022/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Investment, Law on Investment in the form of public-private partnership, Law on Investment, Law on Housing, Law on Bidding, Law on Electricity, Law on Enterprises The Law on Special Consumption Tax and the Law on Civil Judgment Execution were passed on January 11, 2022.

For example, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Investment and the Law on Enterprises as follows:

- Add lines and trades number 132a after ordinal number 132 of Appendix IV of the Investment Law on the List of conditional business lines and industries:

Trading in network security products and services (excluding trading in network information security products and services and trading in civil cryptographic products and services).

- Modifying the names of Article 49, Article 50 of the Law on Enterprises to "Rights of members of the company" and "Obligations of members of the company" (currently the rights and obligations of members of the Members' Council).

- Amending and supplementing conditions for the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders to be passed in Clause 1, Article 48 of the Law on Enterprises , specifically:

The following resolution shall be passed if it is approved by the number of shareholders representing 65% of the total votes or more of all shareholders attending and voting at the meeting (currently 65% of the total number of votes). the number of votes or more of all shareholders attending the meeting approved).
