Dossier for one-time benefits for the experts of Vietnam sent to the Cambodia's assistance

Accordingly, a dossier for consideration for enjoyment of lump-sum allowance for experts of Vietnam sent to Cambodia comprises:

- Dossier for one-time benefits shall comply with the provisions in Article 3 of the Joint Circular No. 17/2014/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC dated 01/8/2014.

- If the expert does not have a decision on appointment and decision on return to Vietnam issued by a competent authority (the original or certified true copy or a copy enclosed with the original for comparison) or certificate of working time of the expert of Vietnam in Laos or Cambodia, it is required to have:

+ Certified true copies of the originals or copies (enclosed with the originals for comparison) of the Party's résumé; or

+ The curriculum vitae of the official, public employee and State employee were declared before January 1st, 1995, in which he/she writes down his/her working time in Laos and Cambodia.

- In case the sending entity is a state authority's unit, has been transformed or reorganized after the enterprise model but the application submitted by the persons not receiving the decision on sending them and the decision on returning home issued by the competent authority or Party's résumé or résumé of officials, public servants or public employees as regulated in Clause 2 of this Article, it is required to have:

Certificate of working time as an expert of Vietnam in Laos, Cambodia, issued by the head of the water supply management agency on the sending agency or organization, made according to the form in the Appendix issued with Circular No.  07/2022 / TT-BLDTBXH.
