Circular 14/2022/TT-BCA: Increase monthly allowance for Police officers in Vietnam

The Minister of Public Security of Vietnam issued Circular 14/2022/TT-BCA dated April 6, 2022 regulating the adjustment of the monthly allowance month for police officers who are eligible for monthly allowance.

Police officers who are entitled to the monthly allowance according to the provisions of Article 4 of the Joint Circular 05/2010/TTLT-BCA-BLDTBXH-BTC and Clause 1, Article 3 of the Joint Circular 05/2012/TTLT-BCA-BLDTBXH-BTC are eligible for adjusting monthly allowance in Vietnam.

Specifically, from January 1, 2022, the monthly allowance of police officers in the above subjects will be adjusted in Vietnam according to the following formula:

Monthly allowance from 01/01/2022 = Allowance rate for December 2021 x 1,074

Thus, from 2022, the monthly allowance for police officers will be increased by 7.4% on top of the allowance received in December 2021 in Vietnam.

Circular 14/2022/TT-BCA takes effect from May 21, 2022 and replaces Circular 24/2019/TT-BCA.
