Changes in the qualification standards of clerical officials in Vietnam

Circular 06/2022/TT-BNV amend Circular 02/2021/TT-BNV stipulates the codes, professional standards, and salaries for the ranks of administrative and specialized officials.

According to the Circular in Vietnam, the standards for teaching and training of clerical officers in the main librarian rank and the librarian rank are changed as follows:

- Having a university degree or higher with a major in clerical - archival, academic archival, archival study and office administration.

- If you have a university degree in another major, you must have a certificate of clerical training issued by a competent training institution in Vietnam;

Or have a college diploma, intermediate degree with a major in administrative clerical, clerical - archiving, archiving.

(Currently in Vietnam, it is stipulated that the standards is university degree or higher with a major or major in clerical - archival, archival studies.

If you have a university degree in another major, you must have a certificate of clerical training issued by a competent training institution in Vietnam).
