Approval of Administrative Service Quality Evaluation Index in Vietnam

The Prime Minister issued Decision 766/QD-TTg dated 23/6/2022 approving the Index to direct, administer, and evaluate the quality of service to people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.

The index group which provides online service in Vietnam includes:

- Percentage of administrative procedures providing online public services

- Percentage of online public services with records generated

- Percentage of administrative procedures dossiers by submission form

- Rate of administrative procedures with online payment transactions

- Rate of administrative procedures with financial obligations is integrated so that people can pay online on the National Public Service Portal in Vietnam

- Online payment profile rate

In addition to the group of indicators on providing online service, the Service Quality Evaluation Index in Vietnam also includes the following groups of indicators:

- Transparency.

- Progress and results of settlement.

- Digitizing records.

- Level of satisfaction.
