08 steps of consultancy on quality management system formulation according to Vietnam standard ISO 9001:2015

The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates the Circular No. 07/2022/TT-BKHCN dated May 31, 2022 on economic and technical norms of public non-business services using the State budget on building the quality management system (QMS) according to Vietnam standard ISO 9001:2015.

Where, 08 steps of construction consultancy services apply the quality management system under Vietnam standard ISO 9001:2015, including:

Step 1: Preparing the consultation (Initial contact, review of consultation capacity, document preparation,...)

Step 2: Assessing the actual situation and drawing up the consultancy plan.

Step 3: Provide training (knowledge about the QMS, method of establishing and applying the system of documents and training internal auditors).

Step 4: Actual guidance on the formulation of systems of documents and process of job settlement.

Step 5: Guiding the application of system of documents and process of job settlement.

Step 6: Guide the internal assessment, rectify and innovate the QMS.

Step 7: Guide the management reviews and complete the QMS.

Step 8: Guide the announcement, maintenance, improvement and update of the QMS.
