03 illegal drug-related activities allowed in Vietnam

This is one of the important contents mentioned in the Law on Drug Prevention 2021 passed by the National Assembly on March 30, 2021 in Vietnam.

Specifically, according to the provisions of the Law on Drug Prevention 2021, legal activities related to drugs are permitted by competent management agencies in Vietnam, including the following activities:

(1) Research, examination, testing, examination and manufacture of narcotic substances, precursors, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursor drugs, drug materials being narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursors used as drugs and veterinary drugs containing narcotic substances or precursors in Vietnam.

(2) Transport, storage, storage, trading, distribution, use, handling, metabolism of drugs, precursors, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursor drugs, drug materials being narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursors used as drugs and veterinary drugs containing narcotic substances or precursors in Vietnam.

(3) Import, export, temporary import, re-export, temporary export, re-import or transit of narcotic substances, precursors, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursor drugs, drug materials being narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, drug precursors and veterinary drugs containing narcotic substances or precursors in Vietnam.

Note: The above-mentioned illegal drug-related activities are under the control of this Law and other relevant laws.
