02 forms of joint training in vocational education

On April 5, 2022, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 05/2022/TT-BLDTBXH providing for cooperation in organizing the implementation of training programs in vocational education.

Accordingly, the regulations on joint training are organized in the following two forms:

- Joint training cooperation : The training coordination unit directly participates in teaching, coordinates the management of the training process and ensures the conditions of facilities and equipment to carry out the joint training. or only participate in teaching activities in the joint training program;

- Coordinating to book training classes : The training coordination unit does not participate in teaching, only coordinates in managing and ensuring the conditions of facilities and equipment to carry out joint training.

(Training cooperation is the cooperation between the unit in charge of training cooperation and the unit in charge of training cooperation to organize the implementation of training programs granting college diplomas, intermediate degrees and elementary certificates). granted but not forming a new legal entity)

Circular 05/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from May 20, 2022 and replaces Circular 29/2017/TT-BLDTBXH .
