This is the content mentioned in Decision 150/QD-BYT dated January 20, 2022, promulgating the Action Plan to implement Resolution 01/NQ-CP on the main tasks and solutions to implement the Development Plan. socio-economic and State budget estimates in 2022.

Specifically, one of the key contents of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in 2022 is to urgently implement the Politburo's directives at Conclusion 25-KL/TW dated December 30, 2021, in the Decision No. which focuses on early implementation of policies on:

(1) Socializing resources for epidemic prevention (vaccines, drugs to treat COVID-19, testing with appropriate measures from time to time; First of all, focus on vaccine coverage from now until the end of Quarter I/ By 2022, 3 vaccinations must be given to people eligible for vaccination: proactively producing and importing specific drugs and raising people's awareness;

(2) Private medical examination and treatment facilities participating in the care and treatment of COVID-19 patients are entitled to charge a fee in case the patient voluntarily ; In case private medical facilities are mobilized by competent authorities to take care of and treat COVID-19 infected people, medical examination and treatment expenses shall be according to the local health insurance level;

(3) Increase medical stations and medical staff according to population size, not administrative boundaries in provinces and cities with high population density and industrial parks, economic zones, and industrial parks. high technology suitable for medical and health care needs.

As such, private hospitals can collect fees for COVID-19 treatment if F0 voluntarily pays.

In addition, the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2022 will also focus on the following tasks:

- Focus on improving treatment capacity to reduce the risk of severe progression and death. There are plans to prepare mobile medical stations in areas where the epidemic is complicated. Ensure adequate drugs, equipment and supplies for treatment. Well organize the monitoring, health care and treatment at home.

Ensure that people infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus are managed, monitored, and given appropriate medical care, that all COVID-19 patients have access to the fastest and earliest medical services right in the commune, ward, town. Do not let people test positive results without accessing medical services, not being given drugs, not being managed and monitored .

- More speed in implementing the vaccination campaign, organizing the safest and fastest injection. Urgently complete the 2nd injection for people aged 18 years and over; not to be missed, especially people with underlying diseases, people over 50 years old; complete the 2nd dose of vaccination for people aged 12 to under 18 years old in January 2022, the 3rd dose for people aged 18 years and older in the first quarter of 2022, Actively plan and plan to vaccinate children from 5 years old to under 12 years old as recommended by World Health Organization, world and Vietnam practice.

- All localities strictly and consistently implement the assessment and announcement of the epidemic level in accordance with the Government's Resolution  128/NQ-CP  : have a plan and proactively prepare requirements and conditions for readiness for all possible epidemic situations in the area; strengthen the inspection and prevention of epidemics, strictly handle violations, focus on preventing negativity, corruption and group interests in accordance with regulations.
