In order to create conditions for children to go to school safely, the Ministry of Education and Training proposed the Departments of Education and Training to direct and guide ECE establishments to assess the safety level of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control according to the principles of the Ministry of Education and Training. ECE institutions adjust the implementation plan of the ECE Program according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training. ECE institutions also need to closely coordinate with the children's families, local health authorities to grasp and have a plan to promptly deal with complicated situations of the COVID-19 epidemic, especially in the case of children.
