- Coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to integrate citizen papers to use the citizen identification card and VNEID application, in which, integrate the information of the health insurance card and the car registration certificate; Driver's license, bank card... to facilitate people in transactions ;

- Coordinating with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Information and Communications to prepare the foundation and connection of the National Database on Population with national and specialized databases, especially databases on population. corporate, tax, customs, banking, driver's license, insurance, health care, education, followed by national land and stock databases.

In which, agencies that do not have information technology infrastructure or have not yet secured information technology infrastructure shall study and use the same infrastructure of the National Population Database to ensure savings and synchronization. , effective.

In addition, request the Ministry of Public Security to urgently coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to update the shared database on people, on the basis of the Law on Citizen Identification and the Law on Residence in 2020, serving direction and administration;
