Examine the conversion of land purposes, allocation of lots for sale in 26 provinces and cities in Vietnam

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has just approved the inspection plan for 2021 of the units under the Ministry. According to this Plan, it will examine cases of land use transfer in cases where permission must be sought; the management and use of rice cultivation land; the transfer of land use of rice cultivation land, protective forest land, special-use forests to implement projects in localities approved by the Prime Minister before July 1, 2014 in 13 provinces in Vietnam, including Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Hoa Binh, Ha Giang, Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Binh Dinh, Kon Tum, Kien Giang, An Giang, Vinh Long, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An.

Specifically, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment also directs to strictly implement the regulations on registration of land use right transfer, land use purpose transfer, etc. to perform tax obligations, control virtual transactions, inflate land prices, real estate prices.

The General Department of Land Management in Vietnam will lead the inspection of the observance of the provisions of the Land Law such as the implementation of planning, land allocation, land lease, land use change in the second quarter of 2021 to fourth quarter of 2021.

In Hanoi, the observance of land law in land registration, issuance of land use right certificates, change of land use purpose will be checked; Land use management will be checked in some projects and works that do not put land into use or are slow to put land into use.

The inspection focused on the cases of changing the land use purpose in Vietnam in case of permission application; the management and use of rice cultivation land; the change of land use purpose of rice cultivation land, protected forest land, special-use forests for the implementation of projects in localities approved by the Prime Minister before July 1, 2014.

In the second quarter of 2021 to the third quarter of 2021, the General Department of Land Management also examined the implementation of land valuation, land acquisition, compensation, support, resettlement and land fund development in Binh Thuan.
