What are the national criteria for new rural districts for the period of 2021 - 2025?

Pursuant to Chapter II and Appendix II of Guidelines issued together with Decision 1680/QD-BNN-VPDP in 2022, new rural districts meet the criteria of "Irrigation and natural disaster prevention and control" when meeting requirements:

- The inter-commune irrigation system is synchronous with the commune's irrigation system according to the planning.

- The inter-commune irrigation system (including the irrigation works directly related to each other in terms of exploitation and protection of 02 or more communes) is built in accordance with the approved planning.

- Having an organization to manage and exploit inter-commune irrigation works in an efficient and sustainable manner:

+ Established under current regulations.

+ Managing and exploiting the system according to the approved plan, ensuring water distribution, fair and reasonable water drainage.

+ Implement the approved irrigation work protection plan.

- Ensure proactive requirements on natural disaster prevention according to the motto 4 on the spot.

+ Ensure that all required items "yes" in the required column must meet "yes".

+ Scoring results from 50 points to less than 70 points.

How are the national criteria for newly enhanced rural districts for the period of 2021 - 2025?

Pursuant to Chapter IV of Guidelines issued together with Decision 1680/QD-BNN-VPDP in 2022, stipulating that the new rural district will be improved to meet the criteria of "Irrigation and natural disaster prevention and control" when meeting the requirements. bridge:

- The irrigation works managed by the district are maintained, upgraded, ensuring the integration of the database system according to digital transformation.

- To inventory and control violations and sources of wastewater discharged into irrigation works in the district.

- Ensure proactive requirements on natural disaster prevention and control according to the motto 4 on the spot.

+ Ensure that all required items "yes" in the required column must meet "yes".

+ Scoring results from 70 points to less than 85 points.

 Level "Pass" when fully meeting 02 conditions:

+ Scoring results from 85 points or more.
