Planned organization of examinations for the selection of Vietnamese investigators of the procuracy sector in August 2022
1. Subjects of application for selection of Vietnamese investigators of the procuracy
Public employees who are working at the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy or people's army officers working at the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy.
(Meeting the conditions and criteria prescribed by the Law on Organization of criminal investigation agencies 2015 and other conditions and criteria prescribed by the people's procuracy)
2. Number of Vietnamese examiners in the procuracy
Based on the work demands and the number of ranks of investigators assigned, the party's Affairs Board and the Leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy shall consider and approve the number of persons recruited to be elementary, intermediate and senior investigators as follows:
- Indicators at investigating agencies of the Supreme People's Procuracy:
+ 07 senior investigators;
+ 09 intermediate investigators;
+ 30 elementary investigators.
- Indicators at the investigating authority of the Central Military Procuracy:
+ 02 senior investigators;
+ 01 primary investigator.
3. Time, location and form of organization of Vietnamese investigator selection examinations for the procuracy branch
- Time limit for sending contest dossiers:
The investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Central Military Procuracy shall send examinees, list and send dossiers to the Organization and Personnel Department for appraisal and report to the recruitment examination council before July 1, 2022.
- Exam duration: in August 2022.
- Location of the examination: Hanoi Procuracy University.
- Forms of contest:
+ Written exam for 180 minutes;
+ Carry out a multiple-choice test within 60 minutes;
(30 minutes of interview)
- The scoring method: The examination paper is graded on a scale of 100 for each form of examination.
+ Score of writing test: 100, coefficient 2; and
+ Multiple-choice questions: 100, coefficient 1.
