According to Article 108 of the Land Law 2024 on support when the State expropriates land:

- Support when the State expropriates land includes:

+ Support for stabilizing life;

+ Support for stabilizing production and business;

+ Support for relocating livestock;

+ Support for training, job conversion, and job seeking;

+ Support for resettlement in the cases specified in Clause 8, Article 111 of the Land Law 2024:

In case the person has expropriated homestead land and has to relocate and is compensated by granting homestead land or resettlement housing, but the compensation for homestead land is insufficient compared to the value of a minimum resettlement plot, the State shall support enough money to be granted a minimum resettlement plot.

+ Support for dismantling, demolishing, relocating as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 105 of the Land Law 2024:

Assets attached to the land are construction works according to temporary construction permits according to the construction law that has expired at the time of land expropriation.

- In addition to the support specified in Clause 1, Article 108 of the Land Law 2024, based on the actual situation in the locality, the provincial People's Committee decides on other measures and levels of support to ensure accommodation, stability of life, and production for those whose land is expropriated and property owners for each specific project.
