The Central Inspection Commission Agency is an advisory body that helps the Central Inspection Commission carry out the tasks and powers of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of discipline within the Party according to the provisions of the Party Charter and carry out tasks assigned by the Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat; at the same time, it is a specialized and professional agency in charge of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of discipline within the Central Party.

+ The Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission is the Head of the Agency; the deputy directors of the Central Inspection Commission are deputy heads of the Agency; which assigns the Standing Vice Chairman to be the Standing Deputy Head of the Agency.
- The organizational structure of the Central Inspection Commission Agency includes: 14 departments and units, as follows:

- Regarding payroll
+ The payroll of the Central Inspection Commission Agency is decided by the Politburo based on the proposals of the Central Inspection Commission and the Central Organizing Committee.
+ When necessary, the Central Inspection Commission Agency can summon a number of officials to conduct research and perform inspection and supervision tasks within the Party.

The tasks of the Central Inspection Commission Agency is to advise and assist the Central Inspection Commission in performing the following tasks:
(1) Prepare inspection and supervision programs and plans, reports, projects, inspection, supervision, and party disciplinary cases for the Central Inspection Commissiony to consider and decide according to its authority; Inspect and control the assets and income of officials managed by the Politburo and the Secretariat.
(2) Organize the implementation of functions, tasks, and powers of the Central Inspection Commission as stipulated in the Party Charter and Working Regulations of the Central Inspection Commission term XIII and tasks assigned by the Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat; Organize the implementation of annual work programs and plans decided by the Central Inspection Commission.
(3) Preside and coordinate with the Party Central Office and party committees at the Central level to advise, develop programs, plans, and organize the implementation of tasks of inspection and supervision of lower-level party organizations and party members in compliance with the Political Platform, Party Charter, resolutions, directives, regulations, conclusions, and decisions of the Party (as prescribed in Article 30 of the Party Charter).
(4) Advise, direct, guide, inspect, and supervise party committees, party organizations, and lower-level Inspection Committees on inspection, supervision, and discipline within the Party; re-examine conclusions, announcements, and decisions of party committees, party organizations, and lower-level Inspection committees on the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work; participate in organizing training and fostering for Party Inspection sector officials.
(5) Propose opinions to contribute to the general leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat regarding the inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work of the Party; participate in the appraisal of cases proposed for reward by authorities.
(6) Appraise projects of party and state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations on contents related to the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline; Coordinate with the Party Central Committee Office (the lead agency), the Central Organizing Committee, and relevant agencies to help the Party Central Committee monitor and supervise the implementation of the Working Regulations of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat.
(7) Carry out international cooperation according to central regulations.
(8) Coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee in carrying out personnel work according to decentralized management; provide guidance on the functions, tasks, and organizational apparatus of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee, and Party Committee under the Central Government.
(9) Propaganda, dissemination, research, preliminary and final reviews of the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work.
(10) Develop and organize the implementation of monthly programs and work plans, organize quarterly briefings, and summarize 6 months; conduct an annual summary of the activities of the Central Inspection Commission Agency.
(11) Build the organization and staff and implement regimes and policies for officials and civil servants of the Central Inspection Commission Agency.
(12) Develop plans, programs, and content of training, fostering, and professional training in inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work of the party; Coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and relevant agencies to organize implementation. Organize inspection rank promotion exams for specialized officials doing the Party's inspection and supervision work.
(13) Develop annual operating budget estimates for the Committee and Central Inspection Commission Agency and organize implementation according to approved estimates to ensure compliance with prescribed regimes and policies.
(14) Ensure physical, technical, and equipment facilities to serve the work of the Committee and the Central Inspection Commission Agency Agency.
(15) Research and apply information technology to the Party's inspection, supervision, disciplinary work, and other professional activities of the Central Inspection Commission Agency and Commission.
Powers of the Central Inspection Commission
(1) Recommend to the Central Inspection Commission and the Politburo the establishment, dissolution, and merger of departments and units under the Central Inspection Commission Agency. Decision to establish departments under the unit of the Central Inspection Commission Agency.
(2) Decision on personnel work of the Central Inspection Commission Agency according to decentralized management.
(3) Inspect and supervise the activities of Central Inspection Commission officials when necessary.
(4) Approve annual work plans of departments and units under the Central Inspection Commission.
