Decision 754/QD-CTN of Vietnam: Standards of Gift on the occasion of the Invalids and Martyrs' Day in 2022

Accordingly, there will be two gift standards of VND 600,000 and VND 300,000.

Specifically, the gift standard of 600,000 VND is for:

- Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who are enjoying monthly preferential allowance and individuals who have been decided to confer the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother before July 28th, 2021 but have not completed the procedure for receiving monthly preferential allowance;

- War invalids and policy beneficiaries such as class-B war invalids, invalids and sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more are enjoying monthly preferential allowances;

- Resistance activists infected toxic chemicals with an injury rate of 81% or more are enjoying a monthly preferential allowance.

- Relatives of martyrs are enjoying monthly survivorship allowance, relatives of two or more martyrs are enjoying monthly death allowance.

The gift level of 300,000 VND is given to:

- War invalids and policy beneficiaries such as class-B war invalids, invalids and sick soldiers with a working capacity under of 80% or less are enjoying monthly preferential allowances; War invalids are enjoying the regime of loss of working capacity.

- Resistance activists infected toxic chemicals with an injury rate of 80% or less are enjoying a monthly preferential allowance.

- Representatives of martyrs' relatives.

- Martyr worshipers (in case the martyr has no relatives).

Decision 754/QD-CTN takes effect from the date of signing in Vietnam.
