1. Judgment No. 09/2019/HNGĐ-ST dated 16 April 2019 on divorce

- An extract from the judgment: "After marriage, the wife lived with Mr.Khoa's family, they live happily during the first time. - An extract from the judgment: "After marriage, husband and wife lived together in the husband's parents' house, but the husband did not love and care her sincerely, he was always superstitious, obeyed to his mother. Mr. Tr ruined the feelings due to his thought that she is not suitable with his age and she affects his family. In the marrige, he did not respect her. Although the 2 families have reconciled, Mr. Tr and his family wished them to reunite, however, she did not agree so that the relationship cannot be repaired. Thus, she and Mr. Tr have lived seperately for nearly two years. Now she sees that they no long have feelings for each other, she askes for divorce with Mr. Tr."

3. Judgment No. 01/2019/HNGĐ-ST dated 21 February 2019 on divorce

- An extract from the judgment: "The marriage was good for 06 months until they had conflicts. The reason is during the time Mrs.L giving birth, Mrs. L and her mother-in-law usually argued, Mr. T obeyed his mother so they had conflicts. They have lived seperately since December 2016. Now that they no long have feelings for each other, she askes for divorce with Mr. Trinh Manh T."

4. Judgment No. 02/2019/HNGĐ-ST dated 12 April 2019 on divorce and child custody dispute

- An extract from the judgment: "While living together, husband and wife often quarrels because of incompatibility. For many times, Mr.H obeys his mother to beat her even when she was pregnant. The relationship between Mrs.V and her mother-in-law was also not good, the mother suspected that she was having an affair with another man, so Mr. H beated Ms. V that she left to live with her birth parents. Mr.H and Mrs.V have lived seperatedly since October 2018 and they haven't talked to each other. Now that they no long have feelings for each other, Mrs.V askes for divorce with Mr. H."

5. Judgment No. 08/2022/HNGĐ-ST on divorce and child custody dispute

- An extract from the judgment: "Husband and wife lived together since 2019, have registration of their marriage. After marriage, they lived happily until 2020 that they have conflicts. The reason is  the dissent in life, Mr.Đ obeys her mother so that he often scolded and didn't care about her thoughts."

6. Judgment No. 82/2020/HNGĐ-PT dated 09 December 2020 on divorce disputes, child custody and property division upon divorce

- An extract from the judgment: "While living with the husband's family, she and her mother-in-law have many conflicts.
