N drives a motorcycle to the right on the inter-village road in the territory of Dong V Hamlet, Thach V Commune, District H, heading from the sea of Thach V Commune to National Highway 15B at a speed of about 50 to 55km/h. At about 21:30 on the same day, when moving in front of the alley of Mr. Nguyen Van T, born in 1962, residing in Hamlet Dong V, Thach V commune, district H, Pham Viet N still maintains the same speed and direction of the motorbike. Around 6:30 p.m. on the same day, N was driving a motorcycle on Highway 26 in the direction of Khanh Hoa to Dak Lak, going to the right of the road in the direction of travel. The vehicle speed was about 40 to 50 km/h. When going to the road section of block 8 in N town, district K, N discovered that about 70m ahead, there was a person walking from the left to the right side of the road, but N did not slow down.
