- Quoting the content: "The defendant, Tran Phuong D, confessed that after drinking with friends, at about 23 o'clock on September 20, 2019, the accused drove a motorbike to H 2 hotel, in T village, Th commune, district B, and met Nguyen Phi H, an employee in charge of sauna and massage, and asked about engaging in prostitution. H asked the defendant, "Do want you fast or slow, or karaoke?" The defendant replied, "Fast." So H led the defendant into the elevator to go to the 4th floor, and in the elevator, H said "If you choose fast, please give me 300,000 VND". The defendant agreed and gave H the amount of 300,000 VND. H led the defendant to room 402 and told the defendant to wait. After a while, Cut Thi X, born on March 8, 2004 (15 years, 6 months, and 13 days), entered the defendant's room and said: "Are you going to choose fast?" The defendant said "yes". Then X and the defendant took off all of their clothes on their own…"

- Result of settlement: Declare defendant Tran Phuong D guilty of "engaging in prostitution with a person under 18". Sentencing defendant Tran Phuong D to 36 (thirty-six) months in prison for a suspended sentence.

2. Judgment 05/2018/HS-ST dated January 16, 2018 on the crime of engaging in prostitution with a person under 18

- Level of trial: First instance.

- Judicial body: People's Court of Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province.

- Quoting the content: "While drinking beer, T asked Y to buy sex, Y agreed and agreed to engage in prostitution for 1,000,000 VND. After that, Y hired Nguyen Hong H as a motorbike taxi driver to drive near the motel "Minh Dat". Y got off the bus and walked to the motel, and T drove a motorcycle alone to the motel "Minh Dat". He rented room number 7 of the motel so that he and Y could conduct sex work. T paid for sex in advance for Y 1,000,000 VND, then the two performed sex acts for about 10 minutes, but T did not ejaculate and the condom was torn, so Y did not allow T to have sex anymore. Therefore, T wanted to reclaim the amount of money (1,000,000 VND) that he gave to Y. After that, Y called Mrs. Nguyen Thi L, her biological mother, and asked Nguyen Hong H to come to the "Minh Dat" motel, so Mrs. L followed to see what was wrong. When they arrived at the motel "Minh Dat", Mrs. L and Mr. H saw that T was arguing with Y and planned to take a motorbike to leave. 3. Judgment 117/2017/HSST dated December 26, 2017 on the crime of engaging in prostitution with a person under 18

- Judicial body: People's Court of Phan Rang - Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.

- Quoting the content: "Through working with the investigating agency, Tr and Th confessed to having engaged in prostitution; Th and H confessed that they had just finished engaging in prostitution, so the police force made a record of the incident, temporarily seized 03 used condoms; at the same time, they invited relevant people to the investigating agency to work."

- Result of settlement: Sentencing defendant Tong Thanh Tr to 10 (ten) months in prison, giving him a suspended sentence.

4. Judgment 129/2017/HSST dated August 1, 2017 on the crime of engaging in prostitution with a person under 18

- Level of trial: First instance.

- Judicial body: People's Court of H city, Quang Ninh Province.

- Quoting the content: "Around 1 o'clock on January 12, 2017, C, N, and G had a need to engage in prostitution, so C called Nguyen Duy H to arrange for H to bring prostitutes for C, N, and G.
Between H and C, it is agreed that H will send prostitutes to "Ngoc Mai" motel at group 29, zone 3, ward C, city H and C will each pay 300,000 VND/1 prostitute. At about 2 o'clock on November 12, 2017, H took Ms. Vu Thi H, born on January 22, 2003, and Vu Kim C, born on August 22, 2000, to Ngoc Mai motel to engage in prostitution with C's group. At the motel, H engaged in prostitution with C and G in room 302, and C engaged in prostitution with Nguyen Ngoc N in room 402, but when C went to meet N, N stopped buying C's sex and went down to the first floor. After they finished, C paid for the room and paid H 700,000 VND for engaging in prostitution."
