- Quoting the content: "Around the end of March 2020, while accessing the social networking site Facebook, L read an article from the facebook account "Chi Linh Finance" about selling counterfeit money at a ratio of 1:6 (one million real coins can buy six million fake coins). Therefore, L had the intention of buying fake money for consumption. L actively texted to order 6,000,000 fake coins, 500,000 VND denominations for 1,000,000 real coins.The form of delivery is sealed in the parcel. I discovered a small plastic bottle and 12 counterfeit bills with denominations of 500,000 VND inside the parcel after receiving it.Checking, L found that the fake bills bought were thicker, darker in color, and much different from the real ones, so he did not take them out for consumption but kept this fake money hidden in his coat pocket at home. - Quoting the content: "At the end of April 2019, Lam Thi Phuong Th went to H City for a prenatal check-up and ran into an old acquaintance, Nguyen Vu Kh, at a cafe. Th told Kh about the difficult situation; there was no money, so Kh told Th to wait, and after 15 minutes, he returned to give Th an envelope inside with 20 bills of the denomination of VND 500,000. Seeing the amount of money in a dark color that was not clear, Kh said it was fake money; just bring it back to use (to pay for gas, buy goods at the grocery store, etc.) and exchange it for real money. Th brought 20 counterfeit bills to his room and put them in his wallet.
