Forms of disciplinary action:

According to the Ministry's regulations, disciplining of general education students who make mistakes while performing their rights and duties includes 5 forms, to be applied specifically as follows:

1. Warning in front of the class:

Students who commit any of the following mistakes while adhering to the school's regulations, rights, and duties will be warned in front of the class:

- Absence without permission for 3 or more days in a month.

- Failing to remember or complete assignments, or failing to fully prepare lessons as prescribed by teachers for 3 or more times in a month.

- Being late for school or not bringing labor tools as prescribed by the school 3 or more times in a month.

- Using vulgar language, gambling (playing lotteries), smoking...

- Committing mistakes that violate school prohibitions, even only once, but causing a certain negative impact on the school's comprehensive education such as: cheating or prompting classmates during tests, showing disrespectful attitudes or unethical behavior towards teachers, parents, friends, and others, causing disunity in study groups, covering up or condoning wrongful actions of classmates, not reporting known wrongdoings to the school for prompt preventive measures, or other mistakes with similar harmful nature and extent.

- The decision to warn in front of the class will be made by the class teacher after consulting opinions from class representatives and promptly announced during weekly class meetings. Thereafter, the class teacher will report to the Principal for monitoring.

Therefore, disciplinary measures will be applied to upper secondary school students who have the fault of being late to school or going to work without bringing the required tools as specified by the school regulations, for 3 times or more in a month.

Thus, according to the above regulations, students who are late more than 3 times during a month of the academic year 2024-2025 will be considered for disciplinary action.
