Process for Evaluating and Classifying Results According to Teacher Professional Standards
- Evaluation Process
a) Teachers self-evaluate according to teacher professional standards;
b) General education institutions collect opinions from peers within the subject group regarding teachers evaluated according to professional standards;
c) The head of the general education institution conducts evaluations and announces the teacher evaluation results based on the teacher's self-evaluation, peer opinions, and practical task performance through authentic, appropriate evidence.
- Classification of Evaluation Results
a) Meeting teacher professional standards at a good level: All criteria are at a satisfactory level or higher, with at least 2/3 of the criteria being at the good level, including criteria in Article 5 of this Regulation achieving a good level;
b) Meeting teacher professional standards at a fair level: All criteria are at a satisfactory level or higher, with at least 2/3 of the criteria being at a fair level or higher, including criteria in Article 5 of this Regulation achieving a fair level or higher;

Therefore, to meet the teacher professional standards at a fair level, all criteria must be at a satisfactory level or higher, with at least 2/3 criteria being at a fair level or higher, including criteria in Article 5 of the above document achieving a fair level or higher.
Thus, teachers achieving professional standards at a fair level are not required to have all criteria at the good level.

Core Teachers in General Education Institutions
- Selection Criteria for Core Teachers in General Education Institutions
a) Must be a general education institution teacher with at least 05 years of direct teaching experience at the same educational level up to the time of selection;
b) Must be ranked based on teacher professional standards at a fair level or higher, with the criteria in Article 5 of this Regulation being at a good level;
c) Must be capable of designing, implementing model lessons, organizing seminars, workshops, training on teaching methods, educational content related to professional, vocational activities, and training for colleagues in the school or schools in the area for reference and learning;
d) Must be capable of using foreign languages, applying information technology, utilizing technology devices in teaching and education, building and developing digital learning resources, training teachers;
e) Must have the aspiration to become a core teacher in general education institutions.

For core teachers, as a teacher in general education institutions with at least 05 years of direct teaching experience at the same educational level up to the time of selection, they will be selected as core teachers. The regulation does not apply to cases where one must have participated in teaching in particularly difficult regions.

- Fair Level: Build healthy, trustworthy relationships with parents or guardians of students and relevant parties;
- Good Level: Propose to the school measures to strengthen cooperation with parents or guardians of students and relevant parties.
Criterion 12. Collaboration between School, Family, and Society to Implement Teaching Activities for Students
- Satisfactory Level: Provide full, prompt information on the learning, practice status of students in class; information on curriculum, teaching plans for the subject and educational activities to parents or guardians of students and related parties; receive information from parents or guardians of students and relevant parties about the learning, practice status of students;
- Fair Level: Proactively cooperate with colleagues, parents or guardians of students, and relevant parties in implementing guidance measures, supporting, and motivating students to learn, implementing curriculum, teaching plans for the subject and educational activities;
- Good Level: Promptly address feedback from parents or guardians of students and related parties about the learning, practice, and implementation of curriculum, subject teaching plans, and educational activities of students.
Criterion 13. Collaboration between School, Family, and Society to Implement Moral and Lifestyle Education for Students
- Satisfactory Level: Participate in organizing, providing information about school regulations, cultural conduct rules for parents or guardians of students and related parties; receive information from parents or guardians of students and relevant parties about the morals, lifestyle of students;
- Fair Level: Proactively cooperate with colleagues, parents or guardians of students, and relevant parties in implementing moral, lifestyle education for students;
- Good Level: Promptly address feedback from parents or guardians of students and relevant parties about moral, lifestyle education for students.
