Textbooks used in lower secondary schools are approved by the Minister of Education and Training; Provincial People’s Committees organize the selection of textbooks according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. lower secondary schools guide teachers and students on the use of textbooks in accordance with the law.

2. Teaching equipment used in schools must belong to the teaching equipment list issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and other teaching equipment as required by the general education program.

3. Schools choose and equip teaching facilities and reference publications for teaching and educational activities in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Education and Training.
