Based on Article 3 of the exam regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT as amended by Clause 1 Article 1 of Circular 02/2024/TT-BGDDT regarding high school graduation exam subjects as follows:
Exam Subjects
The organization of 05 (five) exam subjects includes: 03 (three) independent subjects of Mathematics, Literature, Foreign Language (English, Russian, French, Chinese, German, Japanese, and Korean); 01 (one) combined Natural Sciences exam consisting of individual subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Biology; 01 (one) combined Social Sciences exam consisting of individual subjects in History, Geography, and Civics for general education high school students or History, Geography for continuing education high school students.
Additionally, based on Clause 3 Article 12 of the exam regulations issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT as amended by Clause 4 Article 1 of Circular 05/2021/TT-BGDDT and Clause 2 Article 1 of Circular 02/2024/TT-BGDDT:

3. Registration for exam subjects:
a) To qualify for high school graduation: general education high school students as specified in points a and b, Clause 1 of this article must take 04 (four) exams, including 03 (three) independent exams of Mathematics, Literature, Foreign Language, and 01 (one) combined subject exam of their choice; continuing education high school students as specified in points a and b, Clause 1 of this article must take 03 (three) exams, including 02 (two) independent exams of Mathematics, Literature, and 01 (one) combined subject exam of their choice. Continuing education high school students may additionally register for the Foreign Language exam for admission purposes. Students may register for a different Foreign Language subject than the one they are studying at their high school;
b) Students specified in point c, Clause 1 of this article may register for independent exam subjects; for the combined subject exam, students may only register for one combined subject exam or individual subjects within the same combined subject exam.
Thus, as previously mentioned, Block C03 consists of 3 subjects: Literature, Mathematics, and History. To be eligible for Block C03, students must pass the high school graduation exam and take:

What procedures must candidates follow on the exam day of the high school graduation exam in Vietnam?
Based on Clause 2 Article 14 of Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT (amended by Clauses 5 and 6 Article 1 of Circular 02/2024/TT-BGDDT):
Responsibilities of Candidates
1. Register for the exam as stipulated in Article 13 of this Regulation and following the annual instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) for organizing the high school graduation exam. Candidates are responsible for securing their account information and password provided for accessing the Exam Management System. In case candidates forget their account and password, they should contact the registration place for support.
2. Be present at the exam room at the specified time as stated in the Exam Admission Notice to complete exam procedures:
a) Present the National ID card or Citizen Identity card (collectively referred to as Citizen Identity card) and receive the Exam Admission Card;
b) If there are errors in their name, middle name, surname, date of birth, priority group, or priority area, they must immediately notify the invigilator (CBCT) or the person in charge at the Exam Point for prompt handling;
c) In case of losing the Citizen Identity card or other necessary documents, candidates must immediately notify the Head of the Exam Point for consideration and handling.
