Which newspaper is the mouthpiece of the Workers' Party of Vietnam?

During the leadership of the revolutionary movement and the struggle for national liberation, the Communist Party of Vietnam underwent several changes in name to suit historical circumstances. One of the significant stages was the emergence of the name "Workers' Party of Vietnam" in early 1951, marking a turning point in bringing the Communist Party of Vietnam back to public operation after a period of secret activity under the name of the Indochinese Communist Party.

The 2nd National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, held from February 11 to February 19, 1951, at the Viet Bac Revolutionary Base, officially decided to establish the Workers' Party of Vietnam. This was a strategic move to assert the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the revolutionary movement, aligning with the practical situation when the struggle for national liberation was entering a vigorous development stage.

At the Congress, the Communist Party of Vietnam also decided to establish the newspaper "Nhan Dan" as the mouthpiece of the Workers' Party of Vietnam. The newspaper was established not only as a propaganda tool to disseminate the Party's policies and lines but also as a forum for people across the country to share, learn, and unite in the struggle for independence and freedom for the nation.

The Nhan Dan newspaper released its first issue on March 11, 1951. It is an official newspaper, playing an essential role in propagating and disseminating the guidelines, policies, and directives of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the State of Vietnam.

Thus, the mouthpiece of the Workers' Party of Vietnam is the Nhan Dan newspaper
