Based on Section 1 Recommendations and notes for candidates when paying the registration fee for university and college entrance examinations in 2024 online, issued with Official Dispatch 3712/BGDDT-CNTT 2024, 17 payment channels have been specified for the 2024 admission fee, including the following banks: Vietcombank; Vietinbank; Agribank; BIDV; SHB; VPBank; TPBank.

Additionally, some other 2024 payment channels include:

(1) Intermediary payment organizations: Other banks through VNPT Money; Ngan Luong; KeyPay; Payoo; Napas, HPay (these include most banks operating in Vietnam).

Recommendations for candidates

- Candidates should access using a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone to perform payment operations. It is recommended to use a device with a sufficiently large screen (full HD resolution 1920x1080) for convenient operations.

- It is recommended to use the latest version of Google Chrome or FireFox browser for the best performance.

- Candidates should log into the admission registration system on one device at a time, and not use the account to simultaneously log into the admission registration system on multiple devices.

- For quick, concise, and accurate payment operations, candidates should use payment channels that support fast payment via QR code such as: Momo, Ngan Luong, Payoo, VNPT Money Wallet, Napas....

When paying the 2024 admission fee, candidates should not log into their account on multiple devices simultaneously.

When can candidates check the receipt of the admission fee in Vietnam?

Based on Section 3 Recommendations and notes for candidates when paying the registration fee for university and college entrance examinations in 2024 online, issued with Official Dispatch 3712/BGDDT-CNTT 2024, it is stated as follows:

Additional notes for candidates to successfully and accurately pay the fee

a) Prepare a bank account/e-wallet to make the payment

b) Calmly perform the payment transaction

- Candidates/parents should follow the steps corresponding to the chosen payment channel and do not close the browser until the final notification is received. In case of difficulties during the transaction, candidates/parents should contact the Hotline number displayed on the payment page (of the currently used payment channel) for guidance or switch to another prepared payment channel (prepared in Step a)).

- If candidates/parents have received a deduction notification (from the current bank account/e-wallet) but not a successful transaction notification from the admission registration system, it is advised that they contact the payment channel’s Hotline or the admission registration system’s Hotline to report and receive support for verification and guidance. In this case, candidates should not continue with the payment themselves. If duplicate payments occur, the candidate will be refunded the duplicate amount (after the payment period ends).

c) Check after performing the payment transaction

- After successful payment, candidates will be confirmed as having completed the fee payment obligation (the candidate's receipt can be viewed on the admission registration system after August 6, 2024).

- In case of receiving a failed transaction notification, candidates can retry on the same payment channel or switch to another prepared payment channel (prepared in Step a)).

- When calling the support Hotline, if necessary, provide the failed transaction details to the support staff by selecting the Transaction History button (in the admission registration system) to view the detailed information of the transaction: File number; reference number; transaction ID; bank ID; transaction time; amount; status.

(2) 5 PM, August 2, 2024 for: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong City.

(3) 5 PM, August 3, 2024 for: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An.

(4) 5 PM, August 4, 2024 for: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum.
