a) Organize reviews, checks, and updates of candidates' personal information and high school academic records in the sector's database system;
b) Verify data and guide candidates to provide correct information, including regional and priority group information;
c) Support candidates in registering preferences, especially for those who cannot register online;
d) Support training institutions with special admission plans in verifying high school academic records for candidates.
3. Responsibilities of the training institutions
a) Provide complete and authentic admission data in the format required by the Ministry of Education and Training;
b) Determine (or agree with other training institutions) the admission service fees, collection methods, and usage;
c) Provide complete information, advice, and guidance to candidates, ensuring they do not apply for programs or methods for which they do not qualify;
d) Ensure the accuracy, fairness, and objectivity of the admission process; adhere to commitments made in the announced admission plans;
dd) Verify information and supporting documents when candidates enroll, ensuring all enrolling candidates meet admission criteria;
e) Handle complaints and feedback related to the admission process according to legal regulations.

1. Training institutions send acceptance notices to successful candidates, specifying the necessary procedures for enrollment and the method of enrollment.
2. Candidates confirm their enrollment online before enrolling at the training institution.
3. For candidates who do not confirm their enrollment within the stipulated time:
a) If without a valid reason, it is considered that the candidate has declined enrollment, and the training institution has the right not to accept them;
b) If due to illness, accidents, with certification from a district-level or higher hospital, or natural disasters with certification from a district-level or higher People's Committee, the training institution will consider admitting the candidate or deferring the admission for later;
c) If due to errors or mistakes by admission officers or the candidate, the training institution will cooperate with relevant individuals or organizations to verify the evidence and decide on admitting the candidate or deferring the admission for later.
4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one training institution are not allowed to participate in admissions at another institution or in supplementary admission rounds unless permitted by the training institution.
